Terms of Service

General Rules
-By commissioning me, you agree to all these rules.
-I will send WIPs only if you ask me to, but I will always send you the first sketch.
-I have the right to decline your commission if I don't feel like I can do it.
-I'm allowed to use your commission to promote myself.
-Commissioners have all rights to use my artwork for personal use ONLY.
-If you're interested, contact me on discord, toyhou.se or send me an email.
-Commissioning me means that you'll be receiving digital artworks and nothing will be shipped.-

Payements and refunds
-Paypal or Ko-Fi, unless stated otherwise
-You can pay before or after your commission is done.
-Invoice will be sent on paypal (if you pay with it), I will need your email, you can decide to pay it now or later. Either way, if you can't or don't want to pay for any reasons after your commission is done, you'll certainly be blocked and blacklisted, unless you're able to pay in less than two months.
-There's no refunds, unless I haven't started your commission.-

Designs
-NEVER delete my designs' toyhou.se, I really like to keep tracks of my designs, so it's forbidden to delete their toyhou.se.
-You may change the design however you want, I don't mind at all.
-You may gift, trade and resell any designs you received from me.
-You may NOT resell for more than you paid unless they have extra artworks.
-Do NOT gift/trade/sell my designs to blacklisted users or you will also be blocked and blacklisted.
